R and R Garage is a shop that takes ownership of their repairs. An aftermarket part they installed was defective, and after extensive testing, R and R garage paid for and installed an OEM part at no cost to me. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Brent communicated with me every step of the way. Several things needed to be fixed and replaced on my car and he was able to get it in and out as fast as he could. He was very professional and polite. If I ever need anything else done to my car I will definitely be going back!

My mother-in-laws vehicle was at the dealership, and it was thought that it needed an expensive repair performed, R&R Garage agreed to do the repair for considerably less than the dealership was going to, but had to order an expensive part from out of state. I prepaid for the part and waited for its arrival at their shop. In the meantime the mechanic at the dealership figured out that the car needed a less expensive repair performed, and I authorized them to do it. The expensive part had already shipped, but when R&R Garage received it they worked out a way to return the part for a minimal restocking fee and return shipping. I was very pleased that they were able to return the part, which we didn't think was possible when we had initially ordered it. I was very thankful for the friendly people at R&R Garage for their exemplary customer service, and so was my mother-in-law!

When my car's heat went out R&R helped me with honest and fair work. After the first attempt to fix it failed, they charged me only for parts and labor for the second attempt. That repair also failed, but I was not charged at all for the third attempt. I do not fault them for it taking multiple tries, it was a mystery why it broke in the first place. I greatly appreciate their integrity and the speed at which they worked.

Wow! I have never been to R and R before, but I will definitely be going back. I took my car in because another auto repair place told me I needed new brake pads. Brent called me and told me my brakes are fine for at least another 6 months, and he didn’t charge me anything. I really appreciate his honesty. Thank you Brent!

R&R was able to get our vehicle in today 6/2 and had it ready before their shop close by 5:30. We needed alignment work done and taillights harness, we got the call in the afternoon telling us how much would it be, and even letting us know about our 2 front tires showing tire wire. When all was said and done, we were really surprised about how much it came to. To say that they really did great work at such an affordable price, it really is an understatement. R&R was my Pops main go-to shop for his vehicles, and it’s safe to say it’ll be ours now from here on out, even if we have to make the commute from the valley 😁. So, THANK YOU R&R Garage for a great experience!

Always easy to make an appointment, and I think every time I’ve brought my car in- the work had been completed that day. They seem straight shooters. Recommend!
